Jimmie raises registered British White cattle in Southeast Texas. Her herd is bred for optimum feed efficiency on nothing but grass, and her cows are about the gentlest and prettiest cows for miles and miles around - of course, she is rather partial.

My grandfather was an 'old school' farmer - I think that he would have had some great conversations with you. Only one thing that I disagree with you on - I don't like the 'unfinished novel' bit. I hope to see a book out in print soon!
